FLEXIBLE EVENT SPACE


Scenic Hills Country Club hosts three exceptional banquet halls for various occasions:


The Pavilion is an ideal venue in Pensacola for outdoor ceremonies, golf awards luncheons, reunions and casual parties. The outdoor Pavilion will seat 150 guests.


The Ballroom offers that perfect ambiance for rehearsal dinners or receptions. The Ballroom at Scenic Hills will seat 180 guests and can accommodate all types of meetings.


The Caponi’s Grille hosts a beautiful built in marble bar with four HD TV’s playing all the sports channels. The atmosphere and comfort of this room lends itself to host birthdays, sports parties, showers and casual fun events.  Caponi’s Grille will seat 70 guests.


The Ballroom and Grille adjoin each other by two double doors, the flow of these two room offers the flexibility for Pensacola banquets up to 300 guests.

Banquet Policies


Deposit
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your banquet room and date. Full Payment of the function is due 7 days prior to the actual date along with the anticipated guest count. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash, or Check.


Guarantees
A final guarantee is required 72 hours prior to function. If no guarantee is received, planned attendance (if not exceeded) will be used for billing. If attendance falls below the guarantee, the Host will be financially responsible for the number guaranteed.

Outside Food and Beverage
Per our club policy, all food and beverage products must be prepared and served by Scenic Hills staff. Celebration cakes are the exception.


Alcohol Beverage Service
As a licensee of the State of Florida Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority, Scenic Hills strictly adheres to all laws and regulation pertaining to service and sale of alcoholic beverages. We ask your understanding and cooperation in preventing sales to minors or intoxicated persons.


Decorations

All table centerpieces and other banquet decorations must meet fire and safety codes and regulations. Client will get approval for decorations in advance of event.  In the event that property damage occurs, the Client is fully responsible for the cost of the necessary repairs.

Loss and Damages
Scenic Hills is not responsible for any damages or loss of any merchandise or articles left prior to, during or after any event. The client agrees to be responsible for any damages to Scenic Hills Country Club by the client, guests and attendees of the event.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled.

Tax and Service Charge
20% service charge and 7.5% sales tax will be added.
